Coming Soon to Nagpur: 4 Big Names Opening in the City (2026)

Nagpur’s hospitality map is getting busier. Within months, the Orange City has picked up a new boutique hotel, and three more big names are on the way: a Vietnamese coffee café, a DoubleTree by Hilton with the city’s first rooftop specialty restaurant, and a Novotel on VIP Road. Here is what each one has confirmed so far, straight from the brands and trade press, with no guesswork about dates or prices.

1. Three O’Clock: Vietnamese Coffee Is Coming to Nagpur

Coffee lovers, this one’s for you. Three O’Clock India has announced on LinkedIn that its café is “coming soon to Nagpur”, promising “Vietnamese coffee, delicious sips and moments worth staying for.” The brand calls it “a little coffee, a little vibe, a lot of Three O’Clock.”

Vietnamese coffee, often a strong drip brew sweetened with condensed milk, is still rare in Nagpur, which makes this a fun addition to the city’s growing café scene. The brand has not yet shared an opening date or address, so watch its page for the reveal.

2. DoubleTree by Hilton Nagpur: 135 Rooms and a Rooftop First

Hilton first announced DoubleTree by Hilton Nagpur back in 2023. It will be Hilton’s first property in Nagpur and the DoubleTree brand’s entry into Maharashtra. The hotel is being developed with Abhijit Realtors and Infrastructure Private Limited.

  • Rooms: 135
  • Location: the junction of Airport Road and Wardha Road, with the airport and metro stations under 5 km away
  • Dining: grab-and-go options, all-day room service, farm-to-table meals and a signature rooftop specialty restaurant and bar, which Hilton calls a first for the city
  • Events: large wedding and social event spaces

And yes, guests can expect DoubleTree’s signature warm chocolate chip cookies. The hotel was originally scheduled for early 2026 and is still listed as upcoming; no new opening date has been announced.

3. Medalio Boutique Nagpur: Newly Opened

This one is already open. Treebo Hospitality Ventures opened Medalio Boutique Nagpur in early October 2026, taking its boutique lifestyle brand into central India for the first time.

  • Rooms: 37 keys
  • Restaurant: The Rising Forks, serving Indian, regional and global cuisine to guests and local diners
  • Events: Toastroom, a banquet venue for up to 350 guests, made for weddings, celebrations and corporate events
  • Design: contemporary comforts with neo-classical touches across the façade, lobby, restaurant and banquet areas

The hotel is owned by Rana Khurana and Tushar Khurana of Khurana Builders and runs on Medalio’s “Rest, Flow and Spark” philosophy.

4. Novotel Nagpur on VIP Road

NILE Hospitality has announced plans for Novotel Nagpur, its first Accor-branded hotel. The hotel sits on VIP Road, about 15 minutes from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, and is built as a modern business hotel.

  • Rooms: 120 rooms and suites
  • Dining: a multi-cuisine restaurant with an open live kitchen, a bar and a deli
  • Events: 20,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor venues, including a banquet hall, terrace lawn, alfresco lounge and meeting rooms
  • Leisure: outdoor swimming pool, spa and gym

NILE has not yet announced a confirmed opening date, so we’re keeping it on the “coming soon” list for now.

What It Means for Nagpur

Put together, these four names say a lot about where the city is heading. Three of them lean heavily on weddings, conferences and big social events: Toastroom’s 350-guest hall, Novotel’s 20,000 sq ft of venues and DoubleTree’s event spaces. That is a clear bet on Nagpur as a central India hub for MICE travel and destination weddings.

Both upcoming hotels also sit close to the airport, which suits business travellers flying in for a day or two. And a Vietnamese coffee café shows that global food trends now reach Nagpur directly, not just Mumbai and Pune. For locals, that means more places to eat, celebrate and host events, plus new hospitality jobs in the city.
